You can choose to display data by whole authority area and by district or ward, if you hover your mouse pointer over the map you will be able to see the name of the district/ward, the average score and the number of respondents. It is possible for County Councils to disaggregate the data by Parish but with the caveat that at this level the data is too fragmented to be reliable. We would recommend District reporting as being the better option. Each area of the map is coloured in accordance with the legend so that it is easy to pinpoint areas of high or low satisfaction.
The majority of the individual survey questions can be displayed on a map, with the exception of questions with an a), b) or c) suffix where the answering mechanism deviates from the standard method of ‘Very Satisfied to Very Dissatisfied’, or any of the questions regarding contact with the council or demographics.
