The NHT Conference is being held at our usual venue, One Great George Street, Westminster, London. As the NHT Public Satisfaction Survey heads towards its 10th year in 2017 the Conference theme will be 'Putting the Customer First' and will be looking at how to better connect with the travelling public as we move into a digital age.
We will be hearing from Durham County Council and Lincolnshire County Council, how their NHT Public Satisfaction Survey data has helped them in attaining Level 3 Incentive Funding.
As in previous years, we will be marking the achievements of authorities whose survey results show a marked year on year improvement.
A certain amount of time will be dedicated to reviewing the NHT Survey, giving delegates a chance to discuss aspects of the questionnaire, its structure, length etc. before they vote on any proposed changes.
