2016 promises to be the biggest year yet for the NHT Public Satisfaction Survey. 106 highway authorities across England and parts of Scotland have told measure2improve, the Network administrators, that they will be part of the ninth annual survey.
Many of those authorities have also opted to join the NHT's CQC (Customer, Quality, Cost) Efficiency Network. The Efficiency Network is managed in partnership with the Institute for Transport Studies at University of Leeds.
