An eight page national survey was commissioned again in 2016 to provide an additional benchmark. Ipsos MORI selected addresses from across the whole of England that were not already being sent a questionnaire by their local authority.
The questionnaire covered all the main importance and satisfaction questions as well as those questions on Highway Maintenance, Cycling and Buses from the full 12 page survey.
The National response provides an additional level of comparison for participating councils.
